John Gilmore is a Portland-based vocalist-pianist" originally from Los Angeles. His father was a major record producer who worked with Frank Sinatra" his mother a big-band vocalist. In LA" Gilmore did a six-year engagement at Jimmy’s in Beverly Hills" where the audience included many Hollywood celebrities. In Portland since 1992" he has become a popular entertainer in many hotel lounges" restaurants and at corporate functions.
