PDX Jazz, the presenting organization of the Portland Jazz Festival in partnership with the Mission Theater is set to unveil monthly programing beginning Thursday, May 19 with the San Francisco based quartet Tin Hat (formerly the Tin Hat Trio). The series will continue June 23 with the Norwegian based In The Country who previously played to a sold out audience at Norse Hall during the 2010 festival.

Three of Portland’s finest guitarists will comprise the Portland Guitar Summit and pay tribute to living jazz icon and NEA Jazz Master, Jim Hall on Sunday, April 17 at Hotel Modera in downtown Portland at 3PM.
