States PDX Jazz General Manager Don Lucoff, “Bill has been a mentor and friend for over 20 years. since we first worked together in Pennsylvania on a festival in the Pocono Mountains. I am appreciative for the opportunity and trust he has bestowed in preparing me to lead PDX Jazz to the next level and I am very excited for what we are planning for next year’s festival.
