VOLUNTEER FOR THE JAZZ FESTIVAL

Interesting in getting more involved? Volunteer for the festival and experience Portland Jazz in a new way. There are opportunities now and through the festival. We have the following posititons:

  • Office / Adminstration
  • Merchandise
  • Usher
  • Operations / General
  • Artist Transportation / Driver (must be 25 or older)
  • Pollster

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Download the Volunteer Sign Up Form here
  2. Save this form to your computer. Open it and you can electronically fill out the blanks.
    • Note: Having trouble downloading, try right clicking and choosing "Save Target As..."
  3. Fill out the contact information, work area(s) desired and dates available to work
    • Note: To be a driver you must be 25 or older. Drivers are needed additionally on the days preceeding and after the festival.
  4. Save the form when completed
  5. Email the form to valerie@pdxjazz.com
  6. Or once completed, print the form and fax to (503-228-5288), or mail to the Portland Jazz Festival office, 921 SW Morrison Street, Suite 207, Portland, OR 97205, ATTN: Volunteers.
